Kaduna Park’s Family Picnic Day saw over 200 residents welcomed to the homestead for the first time. The day was fun for both kids and adults alike – with gourmet food, live music, jumping castles, pony rides and face painting, there was something for everyone! The picnic was a great way to build the Kaduna Park community, with residents meeting future neighbours and touring their new estate.
Kaduna Park will soon be home to a new display village, due to open mid-2019, which will showcase sophisticated and modern designs from 17 of Melbourne’s best builders. Meanwhile, the prestigious suite of townhouses Corbin Walk by Sienna Homes will set new benchmarks for functional yet beautiful townhouses in the South East, with developer Parklea transforming an old cattle station into a tranquil, eco-friendly residential community close to schools, kindergartens, shops and transport.
Eden Facey-Smith, Sales Consultant at Parklea and among the fifth-generation of prominent Facey developers in the South East, reflected on his journey into land development and sales.
In other news, the Pakenham Show delighted families with the unexpected Australian Reptile Show, presented by Reptile Encounters.
