The grounds team here at Kaduna Park continually strive to improve and maintain the overall appearance and presentation of the estate for everyone to enjoy and be proud of.

We would love all our residents to take the same pride in the presentation of the curb appeal of their homes too.

To support this a Landscaping Rebate is available to encourage residents to follow the landscaping guidelines and install the finishing touches to their new residence and create a great looking home.

Keeping up the appearance of your front can be a task, we realise that some first home buyers may not yet own a lawnmower, that people’s lives are extremely busy and keeping this up to date is hard… and of course, we realise that in today’s unprecedented times that people may be finding it difficult to get outdoors and mow their lawn – so we are here to help!

Parklea has engaged local business Mow Buddy, to mow ten Kaduna Park resident front lawns and nature strip on April 18th. Every resident has the opportunity to enter by telling us in 25 words or less why they would love their lawns mowed. So far, we have received some great entries!
