Living

Living

Life begins
on the Southside

Experience that country lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of just minutes away from the convenience of Officer’s thriving community. Kaduna Park is a place for families, with everything you need nearby including safe places to play, great schools, shops, and entertainment.

Kaduna Park

History

Located on a beautiful old cattle farm passed down from generation to generation, Kaduna Park has always been home to families.

As you meander through the gum tree-lined paths, breathe in the fresh country air and explore the charming old Edwardian homestead and garden established in 1912, you’ll feel at home as did they who wandered these paths before you. Like the old oak trees surrounding the homestead, things seem to grow and thrive at Kaduna Park. Make a new beginning and create family history in a place where the past and future intersect.

A new community begins

Know your neighbours and be part of a real community.

Kaduna Park’s vision for the future is a community where neighbours know one another and get together to have fun, build friendships and contribute to making the estate a wonderful, safe place to live for everyone. This vision will become a reality through community groups, events and facilities, including the future community centre, which will be located at the old family homestead.

Parks & Wetlands

Life’s a walk in the park. Or the gardens. Or the wetlands.

Enjoying a healthy lifestyle is child’s play, with parks, wetlands, bike paths, barbeques, playgrounds and more.

Parks

The future 1 hectare park will bring out your inner child with something for the nature lover, the fitness fanatic, and the entertainer.
  • Sport – get active with a game of half court basketball or soccer in the open grass area.
  • Play – the kids will love messing about on the play equipment and having their own adventures around the parklands.
  • Barbeque – ditch the kitchen and enjoy Saturday night summer dinners with the barbeque facilities.
  • Explore – enjoy the walking tracks through the beautiful parklands

Wetlands

Gum Scrub Creek runs through Kaduna Park, bringing nature’s beauty right to your door. Go for a walk or ride your bike along winding tracks through lush native wetlands that are planned for the future of the estate.

Peace of mind
